I like the location. It's very close to two tram stops that can get you anywhere. The breakfast was also nice with a decent amount of options.
The receptionist could be a little friendlier. The room was also not big. The window of my room is facing a busy street, so when you open the window to air the room, it's absolutely loud. Other than that it's pretty ok.

The place is very nicley located, near the train station and right in the middle of the city. Despite the location, it was quiet. The building is a bit old but it is still clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is also good.

Excellent location and breakfast. Affordable compact room that worked out fine for two friends on a work trip.
Only one room key was possible so it made things a little tricky for two individuals sharing a twin room, though the front desk could help unlock the door as needed.

Good location, breakfast, nice hotel staff, a good option to get to know the locals living nearby. There are friendly ?️‍? bars for men near the hotel.
As a three-star ⭐⭐⭐ hotel, there was not coffee/tea, sugar set. This is a small investment, which is very necessary for guests?

Very Good
Late checkout and long breakfast. The location is quite nice for a few hours out. Everything was a bit old-school, but that adds to the charm. You should expect dead silence, this is Cologne and it is a rather busy road and there are going to be nightly walks by party folks on the street. There's a call-a-bike station just across the street, which is very nice. ÖPNV ist also excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful.
