The location was perfect and easily accessible by walking or tram. I also loved that there was a yummy ramen shop next door (as well as an amazing costume shop). The room was very comfy and so was the shower. Every morning we had a lovely breakfast. The staff was very kind and accommodating. It was a lovely experience overall.
There is nothing to report. It was such good value for the money. I enjoyed my experience. No complaints. :)

Terribel we checked in - looked at the family room, smelled awful, not cleaned, strange staff and thereafter we booked another hotel and left. Avoid!

Generous check in/out. Demand for extra pillows was realized on the spot.amazing breakfast buffet.
Felt cold during night due to stop of heating.missed a coffee maker, room-safe and hairdryer. Once we were blocked on the street, night bell was not working. No leberwurst for breakfast

The Hotel was easily located, betweem train stations.The reception is manned 24hrs which is very reassuring if you need anything.Th room was small, but exceptionally clean and the ensuites also small but spotless and cosy.The beds were low which was great, allowing extra space and comfort they were very comfortable. Our room looked out over the street which provided a great view.No coffee making facilities in the room but the staff were most obliging in reception for hot water etc at any time and there were also some cooking facilities available there also if we wished .Location was excellent as we could walk everywhere from our hotel. Breakfast had a very good choice and service was very good
I would have liked to have a kettle/coffee in our room.Thats all
