Good location, good price, the room was fine.
They do not reply to my emails regarding getting me an invoice and booking.com does not seem to help either. Also the room did not isolate the noise from the entrance very well (and it was right there).

Staff were super helpful and friendly even with a little language barrier, and breakfast was surprisingly nice. Just overall a nice place!
Unfortunately no elevator; was not much trouble to haul the bags up and I get they wouldnt be able to add one. But it's a consideration if you plan on having heavy luggage.

Nothing apart from location
Being sold a room under false pretences and taking payment before us having to find out when we eventually got in our room. On requesting new room advised by reception what did i expect? My answer a room which was advertised on your website with all facilties which were paid for. Had to leave without staying and booked into another hotel two doors down named Urban loft which is great! Requested refund and Visa are now dealing with this.

Very central for the station. The staff were very helpful and they served a good breakfast.
Expect some street noise as in the centre of the city.

Good location, great friendly staff, good breakfast (not a huge variety of meals, but the hotel is quite small therefore OK), clean rooms. A lot of shops and restaurants (all value for money) nearby.
A bit noisy outside, especially Friday evening & night, perhaps will hard to sleep with open windows. Also, not accessible with wheelchair or stroller (stairs to 1st floor without elevator)

Nice breakfast, great location, room is spacious and clean. It had a mini fridge with soda and water.
Receptionist has asked us to check out 30 min earlier in order to prepare the room for next guests. Hotel has no elevator.

The room rate for the period we were there was more than the value the property offered, yet that is cologne for you during large exhibitions dates. Supply and demand also known as greed in my opinion, but if one can do it and fill the room who are we as guests to complain.
