Very good location in the heart of the old town. Our room overlooked the Rhein River. Clean and comfortable.
Bathroom very small. Breakfast just the basics. No lounge or a common space.

the location was great, the rooms were tidy and big
sadly you can hear a lot of loud noises coming from outside, although it didn’t bother me that much as I can sleep with lots of noise, other people would probably be bothered from it though:/

Good location, close to the train station, cathedral, chocolate museum. A good size room, it was three of us staying in the room and it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast was simple.
During breakfast I would prefer to be able to make coffee myself, as well as help myself to water or juice. There was only one woman making coffee and then going to the kitchen to make eggs.

The location. It is very close to central station and other tourist attractions. It has beautiful scenery.
1. Although there is lift, you have to climb 8-10 more stairs to reach your room. 2. When I asked, they said that there would be disposable slippers, but there were no slippers at all. 3. The key to our room and to the main entrance to the hotel is the SAME. Just one key for both doors. Does that mean that all rooms have the same key/lock? It might lead to security issues. 4. No air-conditioning.
