Location is amazing, few minutes to walk to Cathedral. Hotel staff was so helpful, friendly and polite. Thanks alot guys. River view rooms are amazing, fantastic!!! Big plus for coffee machine and kettle. Thanks for small present, so nice of you!!!

The location is perfect, close to everything (I went to see a show in the Lanxess arena and it was walking distance, super convenient), also the room is big and clean, with complimentary water, coffee and tea.

Very nice hotel, very well located. The room was confortable and with a good view. The breakfast was very good, the staff was superb. The auto check in upon arrival worke perfectly.

Fantastic location.
Very dark uninviting room. Two twin beds put together and the latch to attach them was broke so wasn't great for a couple. Very noisy outside very early in the morning with trucks collecting and delivering....and banging of bins I think. I booked this hotel on the ratings and 8 is way too high. Best thing about it was location.

The location and the view from the room were perfect. The room was very clean.
The bed was terribly uncomfortable and squeaky, we couldn't sleep at night... Also the bathroom was small and quite uncomfortable.
