We arrived late in the afternoon when the staff had already left but getting in was very easy and simple and our spacious room was ready for us.

The staff was extremely friendly
When we returned to retrieve our bas at check out no one answered the door for 7 minutes and we had to circle to the back through the resteraunt in order to find a staff member to buzz us in. And they seemed annoyed that we were bothering them

My dtr and I were there to experience a Christmas market. The location was great. The shower head was good, the bed, pillows, and bedding was comfortable.
No thermostat in the room to individualize room temperature. The bathroom itself was very small

The morning reception staff member was very nice and helpful. We mentioned there was mold under the window along the wall and also in the bathroom. He apologized and assured us that he would have someone take care to improve it.

Can't beat it for location. Near the river, cathedral, train station and old town. Walked everywhere. Good breakfast.
We checked in late, key was not where we were told. But there were instructions on who to contact and within 5 minutes we were in our room.

Good location with bottles of water daily.
Rather noisy with eateries outside and in the park opposite. We needed to close the glazed windows to shut out the noise but then the air got a bit stale. Only a fan to keep the air circulating.

The location is good as it is close to major attractions. Our room had a beautiful river view.
Some unfriendly staff and lack of amenities. Additionally, there was no proper luggage storage arrangement after check out, as we were just asked to leave our bags beside the main entrance without any secured handling in place.

Good location close to the train station and the river walk area. The room was large and the beds were small but comfortable. The shower was small but the water pressure was great. There is a small lift at least for luggage but you always have to do a half flight of stairs with luggage.
People breaking glass at 3:30 in the morning outside on the riverwalk area. We had to have the windows open since there is no AC. No staff in sight after 2pm and if anyone was around they were standing right outside the doors smoking. No answer on WhatsApp to a question. They replaced the water bottle in the room with an already open one.

Small hotel very near the Cologne cathedral and overlooking the Rhine. Lot's of nearby restaurants. There's a place to park briefly to unload suitcases and two parking garages within a half block.
The check-in process was a bit unusual. No one at the desk. They email a code for a lockbox on the side of the building. It worked fine, but it was a little worrisome until we figured it out.

The location is this property is excellent. Very close to many restaurants, the Cathedral and bridges.
No air conditioning and the teeny tiny bathroom.
