Location is perfect, room was warm and big enough. Beds were nice. I'd definitely stay there again.

The morning reception staff member was very nice and helpful. We mentioned there was mold under the window along the wall and also in the bathroom. He apologized and assured us that he would have someone take care to improve it.

Location is perfect. View from the room is beautiful. Breakfast is very good.
Room is comfortable but bathroom is little bit tight.

The staff were really helpful, the room was very clean, it was cleaned both days we were there and the location was perfect for the Christmas markets.
There wasn't really anything I didn't like. It wasn't a 24hour reception which may bother some but didn't affect us at all.

The room is cozy, clean and comfortable, the location is perfect!
It is not a big deal, but there's no fridge in the room, if someone buys something that needs to be refrigerated there's no way to store and during the night is also a bit noisy, I think there are other hotels close and I heard trucks and people during the night.

Disappointing
We liked the location of the hotel. It's close to restaurants and the centre of Köln.
We did not like the room. The room is far too small with a teeny tiny bathroom. The breakfast was miniscule with very little choice. The reviews by other guests are completely false.
