The room is not comfortable, there was a cabinet in a weird place next to the bed that was getting on the way and hit my head several times. The room was dirty, requires to be properly clean, dust all over the place. Not a good impression.

It is an OK hotel. A bit shabby for the price you pay. One thing, seems they have a tendency to tell you you can only pay cash because the machine broke down....

Location was incredible, can walk to all the good spots in Cologne with ease. No need to worry about traffic/parking when you stay here.
Kitchen was there....but only the coffee maker worked. Not very sound retardant. Could hear everyone who walk by, but still a great deal.

It’s very central
It’s not clean in the corners, there are no security locks on the doors, you hear your neighbours very loud. They are renovating at the moment, which doesn’t bother me.

Good location with near undert
I was freezing for the first 2 nights, I had to understand by myself heater valves were all closed, NO WARNING was given at the reception. My habit is that when I arrive at a Hotel the room must be ready to be used. Bed was NEVER reset in 4 nights, last day, the day before checkout, they didn’t even bother to change the towels on the floor (as per their sticker described, not human, procedure). In addition I have been continuously boredo by booking.com saying my credit card guarantee was not accepted and that my booking was going to be cancelled, as a final message mentioned. The hotel RECEIVED THE PAYMENT by ANOTHER credit card, I assume without notifying booking.com, not to pay their commission, making me look bad, BUT I’M NOT!

No outlets that worked, even the headboard that was supposed to be able to didn’t work. We charged four devices in shifts in the bathroom.
