The bed was very comfortable, it was warm and spotless clean in the room.
Although breakfast is included in price, we didn't get any breakfast because we were told we haven't BOOKED it BEFORE ARRIVAL. It wasn't written anywhere that the clients have to book the breakfast and during the check-in the receptionist also didn't even mention it. I actually hear about such thing for the first time, because the breakfast is already included in the price. We learnt about it the night before our first breakfast should've been and were told there's no opportunity that they would provide us breakfast. They also didn't provide at least coffee or tea in the room, and there are no glasses or a kettle. It was very dissapointing given that we chose the hotel because of the breakfast option.

The breakfast is very good. I also was impressed by the great professionality of the staff, they deserve a big compliment. Location was exceptional. Room had a nice balcony.
My room (N. 24) had a sink with hot tapwater only. You can hear everything through the thin wooden doors, including the phone alarm of your neighbour.

Great position, literally opposite the metro and the central station. Nice hosts. Clean and comfortable single room for the price. No fridge, no safe, as per description. Decent WiFi. A sink is available inside the room, with soap and towels. Two shared bathrooms on the hallway, with sink, shower and toilet, clean but a little small; one more shared bathroom in the hallway contains only the toilet and is really tiny; never had to queue for the bathroom (in my understanding several other rooms have private bathroom).
The bed was a little too soft for my taste, but it was OK. The blackout curtains did not close completely and were not totally opaque, but in October, with late sunrise, that was not a problem.

The hotel is well situated in a nice area near the railway station. The hotel is very clean and the bed was comfortable. The personnel was very nice and helpful.
The bathroom and the restroom were in the corridor and it was mentioned during my booking just it was more uncomfortable than I expected.
