Excellent location, very welcoming, clean and comfortable place. It was also nicely decorated for Christmas. For somewhere so central, the parking arrangement was excellent and convenient. Would definitely return on our next visit to cologne.
A minor point but unfortunately the cooked breakfast food wasn't kept warm so ours was cold.

Location, staff, cleanliness.
Hot buffet not very hot...lukewarm. Maybe because the food had been there for a while when we sat down to eat. Tasted fine but needed to be much warmer.

Room very cold on first day. Shape of room is very strange and beds are too small and seperated.
