Wonderful
Excellent location, very welcoming, clean and comfortable place. It was also nicely decorated for Christmas. For somewhere so central, the parking arrangement was excellent and convenient. Would definitely return on our next visit to cologne.
A minor point but unfortunately the cooked breakfast food wasn't kept warm so ours was cold.

Hot buffet not very hot...lukewarm. Maybe because the food had been there for a while when we sat down to eat. Tasted fine but needed to be much warmer.

Nice hotel, close to Train Station of Cologne as I had to go by train to Dusseldorf for K25 Exhibition. Good Breakfast, big bed, Close to shopping aria. Safety box is very big and easy to use.
I have problems with legs, but , unfortunately, our room did not have bathtub and it made some problems.

Very Poor
I recently stayed at this hotel. The room size was somewhat acceptable, but the cleanliness level was very poor. The housekeeping staff did not properly clean the room — I found hair under the bed and in the corners, and it seems they don’t use a vacuum cleaner at all.
The bathroom lacked basic hygiene amenities — there was no shampoo for hair or body, and the provided soap was of very poor quality. The daily cleaning service was not done properly.
In terms of noise, the situation was very bad. There are bars in the street that operate until midnight, causing unbearable noise and disturbance throughout the night, making it almost impossible to rest or sleep comfortably.
As for the price, it is extremely high for the hotel’s actual level. The value for money is very disappointing, and it feels like there is clear overpricing and exploitation, considering the low quality of the stay. In my opinion, the hotel does not deserve more than two stars.
The only positive points are that the location is good and the pillows are comfortable.
