The stuff was not helpful and especially the night shift was extremely unprofessional. They refused to accept my id because the poorly informed employee that has never seen an id of another country said that we cannot accept this because my id was old

It's the worst hotel ever. Be aware of them !!! Their room was broken. The bathroom leak water, and they will ask you to fix it and pay 2000 eruo or let you checkout. Guys, be careful. The suite was too small.

The location.
Needed to enter a code to enter the hotel which i only received after checking in. When arriving in the room at noon I noticed the room was not ready. No towels, pillows and linnen. Only person that tried to help was security who didn't know how to get the stuff. He offered to look for towels that i could use as a pillow. In 15 years of business travelling never had such a bad experience,

Location is good. Breakfast was excellent.
Getting in was a bit troublesome as there was no one at the desk at check in time. After pressing the doorbell for 10 minutes someone finally came to the door.

the location was nice and also near a tram stop as well as next to the shopping street and only about 10 minutes away from the central station,the staff was nice and helpful and most importantly there was amazing air conditioning which made the stay even nicer.
i wish more things like an iron,coffee and tea machines were included in the room since there is a fridge already and some spots were not cleaned well since i had found an old cigarette in my lamp which was concerning.

only location was good nothing else
nothing was as mentioned here or in the Hotel website, the staff were not friendly, wifi very bad and when you are at room theres no wifi , cleaning was not taking palce as i stayed for 3 nights and no one came to cleane the room, no tissues in toilet, the balcony it doesnt exist as you can noy even pit a chair and sit there one person can only stand in it and it has city view not river view , last but not least pillows are the worst because after using them you need to see a doctor.
