Room was very aged and expensive for what it was. Not on par with other hotels within 5 min walk that cost the same amount.

Great staff who can autonomously think and be proactive. The breakfast surpassed our expectations. Pleasant room, which was quiet, even at the road side.

Staff was amazing! Clean facilities with thoughtful amenities like good lotion/soap, water, coffee and washcloths.
Staff was great about trying to accommodate parking but it isnt super convenience at this location.

The hotel was easy to reach from the train station and it was close to the main attractions in the city centre. I could see the river from my window. The room was quite clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was smaller than expected but it was ok.

Staff were very helpful and service minded. We hade a few odd requests and everything was solved for us. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the breakfast was excellent. A two minute walk from the city center and restaurants. Perfekt stay for us

4stars hotel without air condionair is unacceptable! it was hot since it's summer time and i could not sleep cause looked like being in a sauna! it's very rare to find 4stars hotel without that. very old building need to be restored!

I have been here to visit fair and Hotel is located exactly 5 minutes away from metro stop and 10 minutes from Dome so location is top.
We experienced 3 hot days in terms of weather and AC wasn't available inside hotel, I will sugget to think about it as during night it was quite hot.

the hotel is in a very nice location, right next to the Rhine and a short walk from the city centre.
the room was very comfortable.
stuff was very helpful
It was getting very warm during the day, so the lack of airconditioning is something to consider.
There was a small fan in the room to help.

Don't have air condition in rooms...it was ok for us but for summer you may need it.

The owner and staff were wonderful. Very gracious Alli was his name. This is a family run hotel, and it was extremely clean throughout . The breakfast was exceptional. So many great choices, and you can make your fresh orange juice from their hand cranked orange juicer. Super super location on the Rhine!
