Good location not far from train station. Good breakfast. Easy check in and out. Early check in available for a fee.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Hard. AC didn’t work well. Room was hot and stuffy. Construction right outside window.

Absolutely fantastic experience! This lovely hotel felt like an oasis on an overly hot day in Cologne. If I could, I would simply stay in the room all day. The temperature inside was just perfect—not sure how they did it! Everything was impeccable: great amenities, great size of the room, beautiful design. A complementary water bottle. The staff was also extremely helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and from the looks of it, the restaurant downstairs seemed to be fantastic too. You can get jellies at the reception :)
Fridge in the room only works with the entry card inserted. If you plan to have something stored, I recommend you’d request a separate card to keep in the room at all times.

Hotel is only short walking distance from rail station, Dom, and river. We had the lovely and comfortable room, hotel is in quiet location, also we had nice breakfast in a cosy restaurant. Staff in hotel was nice and helpful We liked our stay very much and would be happy to come back sometime

Location was perfect. The staff was really helpful and kind. I like the approach of this hotel that they let us put our luggage in lockers for free, even we could use it after check out for 2-3 hours.
When we entered the room it smells like used towels, seems that the toilet is not cleaned thoroughly, I even saw a bug in the toilet the next morning. The shower was spraying water all around, the shower head was stuck in a static state. There were many mirrors in the bathroom, but none in the room.
