Exceptional
The rooms are comfortable, clean and between the comfortable bed, AC and dark curtains, we were left with plenty of rest. Easy self checking system, the staff let us check out slightly later as well as use the lockers downstairs for storing our luggage on our last day when we had a later flight. The location was also fantastic, not in the busy area but a very short walk to some great restaurants, the train station and the cathedral.
The only thing I would say is I would have liked one more pillow by default, as they only provided one big and one small. I'm sure they would have provided one if we asked though, as overall it was a great stay.

Loved the balcony with our room, the whole aesthetic, and the thoughtful touches throughout down to the luggage lockers in the basement.

Very Good
Very friendly staff. Accommodated a late check-out with ease. Not as central as I had hoped, but overall a great stay. Lots of stores nearby. Cute restaurant on site. The courtyard was stunning.
10+min walk to the Hbf. Body wash would be a nice amenity to have in the rooms.

Really friendly and helpful woman running the breakfast room. Excellent choice of breakfast treats. A quiet, peaceful street only 10 minutes from a busy centre.
