My booking has been transferred to another hotel.
then they asked ask to have breakfast at holiday Inn which was very inconvenient and time-consuming
We end up going back and forth from one hotel to another one and wasted our time..
You should ring both hotels and ask them what happened.

Clean and modern. Staff very friendly. Buffet breakfast excellent
Air conditioning stopped working as did my friends. I raised it with reception and they said nothing could be done as its down to a technical team to resolve and couldn't be done on a Saturday

Parking and location easy connection to the highway
Its not a bussines hotel, there is no table and chair to sit and work on laptop in the room. Gel for shower is parsly flawor????? You realy smell like a parsly after shower I realy dont know who likes that. Staf very confused and have to double check everything.
Elevator is extremly slow if someone call elevator better to use the stairs in that case

Good location for good price, included a good breakfast too which was a nice surprise.
Room was very dusty. We requested a double bed but got 2x single beds. Got charged extra to park in the carpark which was not stated at the time of booking. Lots of people smoking out the front, right where you have to walk through to get out the doors.

The location was very good. With so many parking spots (from the hotel itself, in the neighbourhood, and McDonald's just beside the hotel). so close to the highway as well.
We got three rooms for 8 of us. 2 family rooms and one standard room. The size of all rooms was the same. So, there were small family rooms. We asked for a crib per message, and they told us that you can receive it when you are there, but it was not added to our booking, and when we were there, they told us that they only have two cribs and they were already reserved for that day. The other problem was about a mismatch between booking.com and the hotel that we booked 3 rooms, but they could only see 2 in their system. But, aw, they assisted with giving us the third room as per our booking.
