Wonderful
Excellent breakfast, really good choice for this price point. Location was also reasonable for the price, close to the city, a short drive. Parking available outside for €15. Room was decent, nice bathroom. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Cologne.
Room was a bit warm but you can open the windows.

Wonderful
The hotel is very close to the highway, exactly what I need on my way home to London. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff polite and welcoming. The breakfast was basic, the food variety very simple but everything was fresh.
There is no restaurant for dinner and no gym.

Nice breakfast and good connection to city center just a few blocks walking distance from tram station
Paying for parking this far out of the city and next to free parking at McDonald’s is just weird. Especially as the car is on a non barred terrain with no extra security. Next day it was full of cars and I doubt that everyone paid as nobody seem to check with registration or license plate.

The staff was excellent! Check in was all set and Simonwas very pleasant and made us feel very welcome after over 36 hours of airports, planes, and many delays and flight switching! The room was clean and so comfortable, the housekeeping was so organized and friendly. Even with language barriers! Especially efficient, clean and kind were the servers for breakfast! They were so professional and pleasant. Smiles each morning! I truly was impressed, top notch employees!

01.Firstly I want to thank the staff. for making our trip easier and more memorable one..
From the check-in on the first day till the last day of our stay. The front desk was spot on with their work and helped us when we needed it.

It’s pretty standard as American chain hotels but with European twist.
Unlike in the USA, most Holiday Inn equipped refrigerator, microwave and body lotions, do not expect the same in Europe.

Staff was pretty helpful and easily approachable. Decent breakfast options. Location was good pretty close to highway and has mcdonalds and a gas station for late night food options. Rest is standard budget hotel experience.
Room size was too small and as it was carpeted, there were stains due to heavy usage, could use refresh of the same. Only single elevator so a bit of wait everytime. Parking fee felt bit high at 15/night

Perfect location and I love the idea to have fast food and a gas station nearby.
Extra advantage is breakfast, no rush and you can get whatever you want.
