Close proximity to the station and Cathedral, lovely waterfront walk near the Music Dome with with a wide stretch Park along, very comfortable!
Just a little inconvenience as some part of the hotel is under renovation with their air conditioning, that part rooms only have ventilation only. But as traveler, most of the time is out on sightseeing so evening with windows open is cool enough.

Friendly and helpful staff, great selection and quantity of breakfast, decent gym, easy 24hr access, great location, they'll also hold onto your cases after checkout so you can enjoy your last day.
Wish the rooms were a little more noise-proof, plus the aircon I had to turn off in the end, too noisy. Some fresh towels were dirty, sink soap dispenser left empty each day, shower head broken (worked but didnt stay upright). Toilet bowl just needed a quick scrub (yes I know about the rainwater, it wasn't that :D).

Good clean room. Very centrally located. The cathedral is just right there next to the hotel. The bed was comfy and the room/toilet was very clean overall. They use harvested rainwater for flushing in the toilet which is very good.
They didn't even provide a bottle of water for free. And we could not connect to the TV from our devices. The woman was a bit rude during check-in. The fan was really loud although it could be turned off. They make you sign-up for their loyalty program without asking.
