I informed the property of my arrival time in advance and the collection of keys went very smoothly. The staff were very friendly. There is an elevator in the building and the room was great. Clean, comfortable and had all the required necessities. Very good location too, near the HBF but on a quieter street.

Friendly helpful staff, and it was easy to check in and out. The apartment offered good facilities and met our needs as a family of three. It was a short walk from the station.
We couldn't quite get the temperature right in the apartment so we were either too hot or not hot enough!

Excellent location, so close to Central Station but still in a quiet area. Very clean, towels smell so clean, super friendly and helpful staff, We asked to leave our luggage early, but they gave us early check in to the apartment!!
Absolutely nothing, there was coffee too!! Maybe the pillows, kind of big and soft, but I usually use two pillows to sleep

This accommodation was the best we have been in so far on this latest trip to Germany. Very clean and plenty of space. Checking in and digital checkout were faultless. Marin, the manager was friendly and accommodating.
There is nothing to complain about.

We arrived 30 minutes before check-in and they were super nice about it (the room was ready). Excellent location.

No faults to give. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable (really good shower). Staff couldn't have been more helpful. If I had to find a fault it would be that I didn't like the pillow but my wife did, therefore the pillows were fine! Location is perfect, 5 minute walk to station and cathedral, 10 mins to the old town. Also 5 minutes from the river bank. If you want to visit Cologne - book this place.

It is close to everything in the city, yet it is very quiet. The place is amazingly clean and the staff is wonderful and very friendly
The only thing that I can give a minus is the shower cabinet. It is so small that it is a bit uncomfortable when you are taking a shower. The bathroom is overall big enough, though. Just that small shower cabinet.
