The property is great value for the money. If you are looking for luxury not the place. Everything is very basic and very clean. But for 4 of us to be able to stay for that price - we were very happy! Lots of space and very helpful people. It worked well!

It was close to the station and we manage to do everything by foot. The check in and checkout was really smooth.
There weren’t pillows and blankets extra and the bed was not that comfortable.

We were on the 4th floor, convenient elevator to the apartment, The apartment was big with 2 bedrooms but 1 bathroom. The location of this apartment is like 3 min walk from Koln Bahnoff. It is next to the Marriott and very safe in the night, lots of taxis there as well. apartment was big size, rooms were good size with oversize windows and all could open.

We let the property know we'd arrive before the check-in time and Mari was there to check us in and show us to our room. We didn't expect to be given the room earlier and it was very nice to get in since we were off the train and looking to settle in our apartment asap.

Marin is friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. I had a bit of difficulty finding the property, but he described the nearest prominent Location which made it easy to find. The walk to the DOM and other facilities is a breeze and very close.

Especially liked shower, kitchenette, keyless entry, colored towels and bathroom cups so we could tell them apart. Nice to have iron. Nice big bed.

Great location near the main station. Apartment was very clean and modern looking. Supermarket and bakery nearby. Located in a quite neighborhood.
Beds and especially the pillows are on the very soft side. But could be personal preference.

The apartment is close to the Hbf so very convenient for travel. The apartment was large, light and airy. Every element was clean, tidy and well appointed. The bed was exceptional, I have never slept so well. We were welcomed in person and felt that if we had any needs (we didn’t) we would be looked after. I would happily stay here again.
You can find fault with anything if you try hard enough. I have two bits of constructive feedback. 1. The shower cubical wasn’t very big 2. The towels weren’t very big. I am a big man however, so this might not be an issue for you and it was a very minor thing for me. I loved it here.
