The location is super super close to the train station. The property on the inside looks new and clean. The staff is very very nice, friendly and helpful, very impressive.
Its a bit pricey but it compare with the location and the convenience, its acceptable.

The room was clean ish.
Receptionist not very nice. The sauna it not in use. And sounded like they wouldn't be opening it ever. The hotel is right next to Colonge railway station so it's loud with drunks and homeless people outside. It has human poop outside and a dead mouse see photos. There's a police station right next to it and a busy bus station underneath and just loud. The room was clean. But the carpets are old and stains and the floor 4 smells of sweat. It's a really bad area. With flights and drunk people squatting outsid

Polite and friendly staff Excellent location for railway station Koeln Hbf, just a few meters away, and of the promenade along the Rhein Spacious, comfortable, clean room and bathroom, and quiet room despite the location.
