Me and my partner stayed in Cologne at the beginning of November for our birthday. The apartment couldn't have been better! Thomas was amazing from start to finish and a great communicator so we knew everything we needed to know about our stay. Comfy beds, gorgeous balcony, great neighbourhood for food/drinks etc, great transport links. We would happily stay there again. Thanks Thomas!
Nothing at all! Some might complain that it's a bit far out from the centre (30 minute tram, 10 minute train, both within 5/10 minute walk) but we personally found it was nice to go back to somewhere a bit more chilled and suburban. It's important to be clear as well that it is a rented apartment, not a hotel. We had no problem making our own bed and tidying up the apartment before we left.

Very clean, well stuffed with everythng we needed. We felt there was a thought that went behind to comfort the guests.
I wouldnt deduct amy points for this as this was clearly stated and we agreed to this, but just a suggestion to increase the check-in time window (currently it is 18-19 hrs.) without charhing any fees. This is too short a time window, especially for lomg distance travellers. But then again, we did not make any request, so maybe, they would have agreed to this.

Host was helpful. Apartment was comfortable and easy access to city and parking was good.
The advertisement stated that we had a washing machine, which it didn't, and this was our major reason for booking this apartment. The hosts required payment in full 60 days before we arrived, or our booking would be cancelled and wouldn't accept credit card - it had to be PayPal or a bank transfer which was a bit of a pain. They charged for bed linen at what I thought was a high cost. Over 5 weeks of Europe travel and 18 bookings this was the only one that had these conditions and this tainted our stay.

A great quite and cozy place! Big thanks to Thomas who met us very late at 1a.m. at night Please keep in mind the late check-in costs 60. Hte appartments has everything for the comfortable stay. the kitchen is big and great. But my favorite is the backyard small garden Its north side of the building and the inside temperature is absolutely fine even at night when it was +30 at the daytime. Very nice and cute place!

Comfortable and clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. The apartment we stayed in had a garden and a winter garden! Theres a big Shopping Mall at 5 min walk from the apartment, a supermarket at 2 min walk. Would love to visit again in future.
