Very complete and practical hotel to visit our family in Kln. Great Breakfast Buffett. Easy Parking handling.
It would be nice to have access to a gym or similar facilities. The pillows are not comfortable but I guess they are easier to wash.

The staff were extremely pleasant and lovely. Our room was cleaned everyday and clean towels and linen. The breakfast was great and plenty of choice and options
After being there for a week, we decided to get some laundry done. Unfortuantely when the laundry returned we were left with a bill of 207 euro for two people for a week of laundry which can be seen as very expensive and should have been told alternatives as this was a cost we weren't expecting to incur, not at this high cost for sure.

I found the hotel far beyond what I expected. The breakfast is excellent, the staff are nice and friendly and the facilities were spotless.

There was no Air condition during hog summer, the unit they have is only to reduce heat by a fraction. I even requested a portable Air condition unit to pay but not available. Leaving the window open is not an option due to the hotel being so close to main road with cars and Trains frequently passing by. If they dont have pre-installed Air condition, portable would be a better option for residence with additional charge. Cleaning people didnt clean the room even when we requested, even after they confirmed to clean it, coz they are almost done. People who comes for vacation dont set alarm at 8AM to let cleaning people in. Were on vacation and would like to wake up little, but not too late. We still expect the rooms to be cleaned for next day use and towels replaced. That should be te standard globally but the cleaning couple seems to nit deliver their promises. Restless nights in warm room with used sheets and towels.
