Liked the room, the service from the bar staff and restaurant staff. The meal in their restaurant was excellent.
The rooms are meant to be cleaned every other day. Ours was not until we complained.
Also, we paid more than 500 Euros a night but they still charge you for extra coffee pods for the coffee machine. Not good.

They are replying quickly to my complain.
The airconditiong wasn’t working (due to the staff it was in wintermodus) i couldn’t open the window. It felt like a sauna in the room. The people working at the reception were rude. They said we will check your room nobody came. Halfway my story the staff was speaking thru my sentences. In my opinion rude behavior wich shouldn’t be done in a hotel.

The hotel did not have our room ready until 1 o’clock at night. We had to take a room at another hotel instead. Unfortunately, we received no compensation or refund.
