The location is very good
Bed was very small for 2 persons. Staff did not speak good English so we could not communicate. The room is only cleaned every 2 days!!! We called reception and room service a couple of times and they never replied.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel we usually stay at was sold out. But I thought that by paying over 300 euros per night for a superior room and staying for almost a week, I would receive good service. The room was really big, but dirty, nothing worked, no phones, no air conditioning! The reception said that they clean every 2 days, but that wasn't cleaning either, they just threw out the trash. I don't know who said that the breakfast here is good, it's not true, they didn't change a single dish for a week, the choice is poor, no fish, just vinegar herring! I'm not even talking about sparkling wine, it wasn't available as a type... The pool turned out to be for an additional fee per person over 18 euros per day, this was not indicated on the website. When we complained that the room was cold, instead of fixing the air conditioner they brought us a dirty fan, which was disgusting to touch, let alone turn on. For the promised robes we had to go to the reception, as well as for clean towels. I heard the discontent of other guests, this is not service! Especially for 1500 euros for 4 days. Very bad

Wonderful
Bed was one of the most comfortable and allowed a restful sleep. Room was light, bright and airy and quiet. Good breakfast selection and pleasant staff. Location was so good for touring and shopping. All with in walking distance.
Couldn't get English subtitles on the TV.

Good sized room. Could of had more regards tea and coffee initially But a quick request changed that. The location was a 10 minute flat walk from the central train station (S Bahn, or right next to a U Bahn). Heumarkt/and the Rhein are also a 10 minute walk. The Cathedral is the first thing you will see on exiting the central Sation (HBF). The gym facilities are €18.50 per day, unless included in your room fee, make sure you check this. Overall, I would fully recommend this hotel.
Nothing that bothered me enough. Or things that couldn't be sorted out by myself.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the shopping streets. The interior is nicely decorated, and the breakfast was very good, with the option of freshly made omelettes.
The swimming pool was adults-only, which was a real disappointment for my daughter and not clearly stated on the hotel page. The room lacked enough towels and pillows, and I couldn’t reach the lobby by phone. After asking in person, the pillows were delivered an hour later. Parking was convenient but very expensive.

It's in the old world which is a tremendous perk. You have all the points of interest a few footsteps away. The room itself was lovely. It has many bells and whistles that cater to frequent travelers. My favorite item was the cute seating area. Working while traveling, it's a perfect room. The bathroom was my favorite feature. It had a gorgeous bathtub and a shower adjacent.
There were some hiccups with the Dorient. I accidentally arrived at another location. The receptionist failed to check my reservation and asked me to come back closer to 15:00. I arrived at 10:00 so I decided to roam the city. I returned to the hotel at 14:00 and went to the receptionist who informed me I was at the wrong location. I managed to hail a cab and hurried to the correct location prior to 15:00. When I reached the correct location I was unable to check in at 15:00 because their rooms were not ready. I checked in closer to 16:30 because that's when a room became available.
