Good location, good choice for breakfast
The air conditioning was faulty as staff were aware. When flagged the staff were indifferent and confirmed there was a known fault, which the hotel are now denying. The hotel management is uninterested in rectifying our poor experience. In my opinion I received an unprofessional response to emails sent.

As a result, I had to book another hotel at my own expense because staying in those conditions was not possible, especially due to my health circumstances. The location was handy
The rooms AC did not work, there were no robes for the pool and the saunas were closed. The staff were not helpful. Breakfast was poor, the hotel generally was in need of repair and updating.
