Great location if you are there for the exhibition. Very close to Koln messe. Very close to the train station and right in front of the metro station. And also few stations away from the shopping street

It would have been nice to know the rating for the spa, it would have been a nice way to relax after a stressfull day at the fair. And the breakfast is a bit boring... same all 4 days.

location at Messe Köln is ideal
internal communicaiton at the hotel is the worst. Booked for a group and billing didn't work as promised (asked for per guest payment but was charged a total), was promised payment at check-in but was charged in advance, twice! Charges without invoice and much more. I spent hours clarifying for my own expense reporting. Not worth the money.

Amazing staff, staff speak multiple languages, pool and gym are spectacular and rooms and great!!! We were going to stay at the Radison Blu, next to them but this was far better price and great quality! 9 min drive to Cathedral and they have secure parking l!

The staff were very welcoming and kind. They had free rooms and gave us a room before the check-in time. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great - there was a train station nearby and the cathedral was just a 20 min walk away.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They anticipated questions and needs and were happy to answer and help. The hotel was a ten minute walk to the concert venue, which made it very convenient. The hotel had air conditioning.

Was a very clean hotel with good ambience and it is situated right on the tram station.i highly i highly recommend it.
The water in the room was not refilled the other day and it was medium water not still or wasnt asked.

The staff was really polite and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was nice and clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

This convenient hotel has rental car returns in the underground garage—very helpful. There is also a tram stop directly across the street and two restaurants within the hotel.
The shower in our room was not functioning. We had to use the one in our children’s room.

Very well located for our concert venue. The breakfast was terrific with sufficient choices.
The bathroom floor had spots that didn't seem to have been well cleaned. The blanket sheet had some stains as well. This wasn't very pleasant

Big but quiet hotel. Just around Lanxess arena - ideal location. Parking available on spot, very decent rooms, fully equipped. Good bedding, sound proof rooms, nice bar, restaurant & spa. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definately return!
breakfast was a bit pricy (29€) and a lot of options were not available any longer as we arrived 1h before them closing. feeshly squeezed juices or viennoiseries would have been nice!
