Nice bar and restaurants inside. Near all public transports to get into Altstadt.
The bed was a bit small at 1m40. Esp as the room was so big.

Nice room, perfect location.
It would have been nice to know the rating for the spa, it would have been a nice way to relax after a stressfull day at the fair. And the breakfast is a bit boring... same all 4 days.

location at Messe Köln is ideal
internal communicaiton at the hotel is the worst. Booked for a group and billing didn't work as promised (asked for per guest payment but was charged a total), was promised payment at check-in but was charged in advance, twice! Charges without invoice and much more. I spent hours clarifying for my own expense reporting. Not worth the money.

Hotel is clean
Didn't comp us use of the spa until our flight later that day instead wanted to charge us by the hour. Very poor service. Small gestures like this can make us return

This is the perfect location if you attend an event at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and the room comfortable.

Amazing staff, staff speak multiple languages, pool and gym are spectacular and rooms and great!!! We were going to stay at the Radison Blu, next to them but this was far better price and great quality! 9 min drive to Cathedral and they have secure parking l!
