The customer service was extreamly bad. One colleague couldn’t come and use his room due to a car crash, we notified the hotel 2 month before arrival and still he had to pay for the room. Extreamly bad. During our stay (1 week) they didn’t changed the bed cloth, and only cleaning and changed the towels every second day, on a 5 star hotel

The gym, pool facilities. My room was comfortable and clean too, with plenty of storage.
Breakfast could have more hot vegetarian and vegan food options and for the cost of 29.00euros at least fresh orange juice.

Location perfect to walk to the Lanex Arena. I would have liked more fruit choice in the breakfast. Reception Staff were absolutely fantastic. They were so friendly and helpful. Last year l stayed at the Hyatt in Cologne and l would say l deffo preferred the Dorint as the reception staff were so lovely.
More clean towels and dirty cup and saucer taken everyday (not on the 2nd day when the room was cleaned).
