Everywhere was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and happy to accommodate requests. Breakfast buffet was extensive and appetising. The little shop at reception was a great asset!

Clean room with everything you need. Good beds. Nice shower. Good location near concert stadium which is why we booked it
Reception gave us no information; did not even direct us to the elevators. Also the phone in the room did not work so if you needed something or even roomservice you needed to go down. They still charged us for roomservice which is quite laughable. Also, their own restaurant was not available the 2nd evening. Some warning about that would have been nice.

Great location if you are there for the exhibition. Very close to Koln messe. Very close to the train station and right in front of the metro station. And also few stations away from the shopping street
