Positives * Cleanliness was spot on * Excellent soundproofing * Bright, luminous room with large windows * Curtains block light effectively * High‑quality design and furnishings * Tap water tastes good * Common areas feel pleasant and well maintained * Breakfast was enjoyable, qualitative with various choices * Gym was complete
Areas for improvement * Coffee setup limited to instant coffee with a kettle * Complimentary water bottle was already opened * Front desk staff not very proactive (e.g. no greeting in the morning) * Slippers not provided in the room, had to go back to the reception to request them, but it was crowded, making the request inconvenient

Although the reception was helpful, they were resisting not to issue the invoice when I asked. I would like to clarify an important point. While Booking.com may act as an intermediary for the payment, Marriott, as the service provider, is responsible for issuing the invoice upon request. This is standard practice and necessary for compliance purposes. In the event of an audit—particularly by a German institution—it is essential to be able to present proper documentation directly from the service provider reflecting the transaction. I must admit I am surprised by the lack of clarity on this matter, as it is a fundamental requirement, especially for an international hotel chain.

Entrance, friendly staff and our room. All very clean and well prepared. The breakfast was very tasty with a wide selection of food choices.

We had a nice room. The breakfast was delicious, the buffet offered a lot of choice. We choose the hotel because of the location. We arrived late at night and wanted to stay near the train station.
Our room was near an installation and there was a humming noise through out the day. Even at night you could hear the noise.
