Comfortable beds. Spacious and clean rooms. Extremely kid-friendly. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was superb with great variety. Amazing dinner! Overall, a great vibe at the hotel. Highly recommend!

Location and gym was nice
Room wasn’t ready when arrived at 4.30 and later when went to room they hadn’t made up the sofa bed when they knew we needed it. Sofa bed was uncomfortable made my daughters back hurt. No milk for tea in morning and shower was basic.

I stayed at the Marriott and had made only one simple request: a bouquet of roses placed in the room upon arrival as a surprise for my partner. Even though this was confirmed by email, it was not done. When we went out, I called the hotel to check on the situation. The first staff member told me the flowers had not been purchased because they “didn’t have my credit card number,” even though I had already offered to pay in advance by bank transfer and was never told a card was required. She then transferred me to another employee, who said the bouquet had actually been purchased and would be placed in the room. What eventually arrived was extremely poor quality for €100 — very disappointing. The hotel itself is good, with nice facilities, but the restaurant is quite weak for the price. Overall, the stay was just okay, but I would not choose to stay here again.

Very close to the train station, old town and the cathedral. Local shop nearby for little bits and also local bakeries and restaurants. Also a bath in the room!
The only think I can think of is the lift - sometimes in peak hours there was a bit of a wait but nothing drastic

The location is spectacular and the breakfast is really amazing. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The facilities are really clean and the health club is really good for what you need. It was really packed and completely sold out due to the Christmas season, but the staff handled it so well.
The mattresses are not great. Mine had a dip in the middle of it and was really hard to get a good night's sleep on. During the winter. The rooms can be a little stuffy. But that's all

Best part of Property is its location as its just 5 min walking distance away from Station and and also just miles away from nearby food joints..
Food service in their Grill houes is horrible as I order some dinner and it served after an hour and that too out of taste and I have to ask them to take the food back

My stay was excellent. From the hotel, everything is within walking distance, including the Dom Cathedral. The service was exemplary, with a very polite, attentive, and friendly team. The room was exactly as I requested. It was also comfortable, very clean, and with everything necessary. I must also mention the breakfast, simply wonderful, nothing was missing. My favorite place was undoubtedly the gym, a perfect space for any workout. I recommend this hotel 100%. Thank you for welcoming me.
