Little touches like umbrellas and sweets were not shared at check in so we did not notice until the day we left

It was spacious, clean and very close to the main city. We couldn’t use other facilities like fitness , health club etc. as we were only there for 1 night. They were able to accommodate late checkin ( we arrived midnight). Even breakfast was great. They were able to help with showing the places to visit and things to do in Cologne city.
Nothing much, but couple of points to note. 1. We asked for a room with a standing shower instead of bath tub, as we went with 2 elderly persons with difficulty in mobility. It couldn’t be arranged as the staff told they do t have large rooms with shower instead, I have to book one additional room. 2. Alternatively we asked for no -slippery mats, which they promised to provide and will keep them in the room, but were not there. 3. Car parking access is not easy, but receptionist was kind to explain the way.

Staff were exceptional. Really helpful. Receptionist on check-in was very efficient and friendly and gave some great tips for places to go in Cologne. Room was huge - very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location very convenient for Cologne HBF station and a short walk 5min from the main attractions.
Facilities in the room were really lacking. No coffee machine.There was a kettle, but no tea or coffee provided, which felt very mean. One small 500ml of water to share between two guests also felt a little mean. TV advertised facility to connect to devices, but this was not working, although staff were super helpful in trying to address this issue.

Clean and cozy executive room with all essentials provided. Friendly staff gave us Easter gifts. Perfect location in the heart of the old town.
The view from our room was disappointing — just a dull inner courtyard.

A very great hotel. A nice location, the train station is only 5 minutes to walk from the hôtel. Incredible food, comfortable room, very friendly service and a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back. :)

Very good location! It's really unique area that's quite and right in the center on city in the same town
In case of traveling with kids you will be charged for a deposit 100/per night that will be returned after. But it can "surprised" you.

The property was gorgeous very clean room was very spacious easy to get to from the trains, even dragging luggage
We experienced the same thing in a lot of hotels where the shower door is short needs to have shower curtain something where the water don’t spray out onto the floor
