Great location, good vibe from the staff (Kosta & Christina, and the gentleman who’s on night shift). They were kind and friendly, which made the stay even better.
Amenities are decent, the mini bar inside the room (although I didn’t need it and didn’t use it). The breakfast was decent. Checkout was as smooth as check-in

Clean, good location, helpful staff, renovated facilities.
The buffet breakfast is extremely expensive. 25 dollars as an add on. The dining room is welcoming but the food is not very good at all. They make fake eggs (powdered) no toaster for the breads, not much fresh fruit, hot selection is very limited at best, help seems unhappy, no tea bags. Don’t bother. Overpriced and subpar.

The decor and rooms were absolutely stunning! I loved all the velvet features. The bar downstairs was incredibly cute as well. It is also very close to the cathedral!
The shower wasn’t very private.

Lovely hotel at an excellent location to visit Köln. Spacious and very nicely decorated room with comfortable bathroom. Stay was very pleasant

Rooms were very large and had more than enough space for two people. The decor was updated and the location was very central to the cathedral and the Christmas markets. There were plenty of options in the area for food and drinks.
There wasn't a coffee pot or tea kettle in the room. The cost of parking is around 30 euro a day and the only way to pay for parking is with cash at the machine and it didn't take 50 euro bills. The closest ATM is at the train station so plan to have cash on hand with specific bills for the parking.

Location was just right. Not a noisy neigjnorhood
AIRCON was not working since we arrived until we checked out (4D/3N). We were provided an electric fan as solution. ROOM and BATHROOM lack the basics (no slippers, no toiletries) as if it was hurriedly prepared when we arrived. BREAKFAST always the same, everyday.

Close to train station, Rhein river and old town
First: air conditioning was not functioning. It was set up but considered an extra, and they would not consider changing rooms (but they provided a fan on request, which they had to retrieve from the basement and was covered in dust)…without it, room would have been unbearable! Second: awful sewage smell from shower…not really sure what was going on there?! We were in the old part of the hotel, so maybe the newer part would offer a better experience! Staff was pretty friendly, so there’s that.

Disappointing
The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. They upgraded my son and his girfriend’s room and let us check in early. The day clerk was very pleasant.
The air conditioning was out when we checked in and we were not informed. We had someone in our group who was ill, so it was very uncomfortable. They said they would bring a fan and did not. The night clerk was very rude and wouldn’t even serve us at the bar when we sat there for 10 minutes.
