Everything! I can’t rate this hotel high enough. The location is perfect, being right on the Alter Markt. The room was fantastic. Immaculate with a view of the Dom from all windows on the North side. The bed was also very comfy.
From the start of our stay to the end, the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Very informative of places to go, helpful and generally very nice people.

Excellent location. Second time staying here and would absolutely do it again. Very clean with excellent breakfast bar. Walkable to all Köln sights.

We liked the location - easy to walk to all the restaurants, bars and venues we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices, and the staff were very helpful and attentive especially Daniel at the front desk.

Housekeeping - i asked to replenish water, coffee and tea in room, however had to get the water myself, coffee and tea were not replenished.

The location is perfect! Our window faced the city center, which was a wonderful way to soak in the local atmosphere. It's so close to various attractions and museums that we were able to visit everything on foot. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The water sensor in the sinks. The water sensor should be set for a longer period of time. The is NOT enough time to rinse your face.
