Prime location right at the center of the city. Nice-looking hotel with good facilities and clean rooms. Staff are very helpful.
Not a big deal for me cos I am a tiny human. But the room size is really small. Bathroom is nice tho, couldnt complain.

Clean rooms, fantastic location, staff didn't charge me when I lost my room key after losing my wallet. Complementary water in room every day. Free sweats in room which came in handy as a diabetic!

Rooms are super small - although I only reserved a single room as traveling alone. But very functional and the bathroom was large. Overall worked well and could not get a better location. If you need a bit of room and not so concerned about budget suggest you reserve a larger room.

The location is great. Room is small and we were told to pay using an extra link by debit card before we arrived the room although we already confirmed to pay fully from booking.com. The staff is not nice when we ask questions about the payment safety and urge us to pay before we arrived. We said we use credit card to fully book the hotel and would like to pay by debit card at the hotel, they then urged us to tell several times, when we were going to arrive. It is very pressure and not friendly!
Our room is at the side of the bar and supper noisy. Someone is screaming at 3 a.m.! I asked the staff if we can change a room, she said it is fully booked and not noisy if we didn't open the window. IT IS absolutely not the case! The window was sharply closed and must be, otherwise, it was just like sleeping in the party! However even we closed the window all in August, it was still super noisy!

Brilliant location, staff were fantastic in hotel and cafe. Busy location but no noise with windows shut. Very functional room. Well thought out environmental actions, and amazing cakes.

Very close and convenient to the train station. Had a wonderful breakfast each day looking out on the plate.
Its hard to complain about cathedral bells! But if you need a room with less noise I would ask at check-in as the prevailing noise was rolling beer kegs being moved early in the morning. Small price to pay for being in such a great location.
