On the corner of a lovely square close to station, cathedral and river. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Excellent quality breakfast with loads of choice.
Comfort room was very small. Very little room either side of bed. Fine for a single night but would have wanted a bigger room for any longer than that.

Situated in the heart of Old square, the hotel is more than convenient if you want to explore the surroundings.
It could be a bit noisy because of the crowd passing by.

Great location, hotel is clean and modern. Staff very helpful and friendly. We attend a convention in Köln every year and always stay in CityClass hotels

Wonderful
The room was very comfortable, well maintained and clean and had all the amenities expected. Location was amazing as it was less than 10 mins walk to the main station and also has plenty on offer around the property in terms of restaurants, bars, shopping districts etc. This is the 3rd time staying at this property on business.
The cost for late checkout is a bit high...

Very nice hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious with a nice design. There are also many food choices they offer for breakfast. Excellent location. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
The room needs adequate lighting and some wall hangers for jackets and bathrobes.
