The hotel is perfectly located between the railway station and the city centre. You need to close the window to keep out the busy street but in combination with the air condition and the comfortable beds this works perfectly to have a good night sleep. The staff is very friendly.
If you are looking for luxury or fancy interior decoration, look elsewhere. But apart from this, you neither will miss anything nor will find anything to complain about. Do not take the superior room if you can do without a partial view of the cathedral, there is nothing superior about the room itself.

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly. Rooms were well equipped.
The comforter was too heavy and hot. The TV did not have any English speaking options. The balcony had spider webs and there was a spider in my bathroom.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Cologne and only a few steps from the Cathedral (Dom). Most of the city's main attractions, restaurants, shops, and the central train station were within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for both sightseeing and business travel. The hotel served as a great base for exploring the city without the need for additional transportation.
The room was disappointing for the price paid. The room cost €285.60 for one night, yet it had a single bed and was extremely small, with very limited space to move around, more comparable to a budget hotel such as Ibis. I felt that I was paying primarily for the excellent location rather than for comfort. In addition, the shower leaked water across the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience.
The breakfast was acceptable, but it lacked the special touches, variety, and local specialties that many tourists expect when traveling. It felt more like a standard business hotel breakfast than a leisure or holiday experience.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the team was always happy to assist with questions or recommendations. A very enjoyable stay and an easy place to recommend when visiting Köln.

Check in was seamless. Service was exceptional. Room was very clean. Proximity to the DOM was phenomenal!
Smoking right outside the front door of the hotel steps was brutal. Easy fix, have smokers step off the stairs around the corner of the entrance.

Amazing location with a view of the Cathedral from our balcony. Very central location, easy to get to and walk a lot of places!
An iron in the room would have been useful, but the staff will let you borrow one from the front desk.
