The Location is fabulous! Near the cathedral, restaurants, train station, water, shops etc. We walked from the train station.
There are about 7or 8 steps into this hotel but the staff are very helpful with bringing up the cases.
The breakfast is excellent with a selection of hot & cold dishes,
I did not like the entrance steps as we had 2 large suitcases and are in our late 60's. The staff helped us to take the cases down when we were leaving but my husband had to lift them up when we arrived. Please ask the reception staff to help if needed as they are very help[full

The location was exceptional, really close to the Cathedral, we could even see it from our room.
There is a parking close to the hotel. Hotel was really handy for first time visiting the city.

The location and especially the attitude of the staff in particular Fräulein Laura.
She was kind enough to offer me an upgraded room ahead of check-in time, which gave me the opportunity to relax after my transatlantic flight from Toronto.
It is staff like these that make the overall experience even more memorable and enjoyable.
No complaints.

Probably the best location in Köln. I couldn't have a better room view even if I asked for it. Perfection! The staff was great, so polite and helpful with all my requests - great people in reception desk.
Breakfast was very good and varied - impossible not to find something for each taste.
I loved everything about this hotel and I will definitely return!
