The reception people are very heart-warming and considerate, especially one tall man with yellow or grey hair. I shall ask his name and send my appreciation during accommodation. The position is also supper good. I can walk to many sightseeing place very easily! The room I stay was 514. It was quite though no view to the cathedral. But I slept well!

Room was cold. Shower water wasn't warm enough. Lifts were slow/overcrowded. Shower gel/handwash was overly scented.

Easily walkable from train station. Amazing view of cathedral and Christmas market. Good sound proofing so busy location still quiet for sleeping.
The overwhelming perfumed smell in the lobby and the hallways was sickening. We almost wanted to leave because the scent gave me a headache. But, the room window was able to open and cleared the smell enough to be tolerated. I don’t have allergies or sensitivities normally but this scent hit me in the worst way. Completely unexpected
