The location is perfect, right next to main station and the Dom. Room was cozy, though a bit small and with the window facing the innercourtyard that it not too pretty to look at (they do however have room with city views as well, which are only a bit more expensive). It was a very good value for money though.
Staff was friendly. Room very clean and also offers coffee/tea for free, which is very nice.
Would definitely recommend to stay here.
The view from the room is not too nice, as I was on the first floor and looked directly at airshafts or something like this. But I got what I paid for (they have city room views as well, just slightly more expensive, so people looking for a good view for their stay should consider city view rooms - or maybe at least request a room in the upper floors).

We had a huge deck with an amazing view of the Cathedral which was nice to sit on and have a couple of drinks. The room was a good size and well equipped. The location was great for visiting different attractions. The breakfasts were great with a large of selection of different foods. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast has many choices and the venue is spacious ！the receptionist is so kind to hep us bring the heavy luggage to the hotel as there are several steps at the front door ！the manager is so nice as he welcome us the Chinese with mandarin and all the staff are very kind and nice，let us feel warm welcoming from Koeln.the hotel is just next to the cologne dom (side gate). It is easy to get to one wonderful restaurant laderer

The view of the Cathedral was amazing, and my room had a small terrace to fully enjoy it. The room itself was comfortable, on the small size but everything necessary was included, even a desk. The location is quiet but very central and just minutes from the train station. Breakfast was good with lots of variety.
There are steps to get to the front door, can be a challenge if your suitcase is heavy.

Excellent city centre location within easy walking distance from Cologne train station.
Breakfast buffet had a wide selection and was well presented.
Rooms, especially the bathroom, on the small side.
