Right next to the Dom. Clean and quiet.
Very small room. Lights from thermostat were like spotlights in the darkness. Hard to sleep and couldn’t shut them off.

All was very clean, location was great.
They cheat in the paying process. They state PAY AT THE PROPERTY, but then block your money on the credit card imidiatelly. So what is the point in pay at the property ? They could have charged it imidiatelly since there is no cancellation without fee, even 100%. They think they are smart but essentially they are just cheaters.

Good location in centre and walking distance from HBF. If walking be prepared for lots of construction and some steps in front of cathedral and hotel. We had one night and beds were comfortable and nice touch of 2 bottles of water and fridge.
Would of preferred higher floor as we were on level one which meant we couldn’t open windows at night due to noise and people smoking of footpath below. Not the most 4 star hotel (closer to the 3 end) we’ve stayed as the rooms and décor are getting a bit tired … did have an iron if you asked for it

- Location was great, in front of the cathedral and just a few minutes walk from the main train station and key sightseeing points. - The room was small but comfortable, and it had a nice view of Cologne's Cathedral from the window. - The breakfast was great, with warm and cold offerings. - I arrived a bit early and the hotel was kind enough to give me the room as soon as it became available.
- The only thing that could have been better was having a place to put the luggage on higher ground, I had to put it on the floor which is not the most ergonomic and comfortable, but aside from that the room was good.
