You could not handle heat yourself (warm during the night), the pillows were a shapeless drama and in 2026 a smart tv would be nice

the location is really good in the center of the city, but the breakfast is very, very poor and limited. also, the rates that I paid, I can stay in a 5-star hotel, I have been deducted 4266 euros, which is not the agreed amount??? I need an explanation of why you deduct this from me. room and service, room service was poor

Greate location and lovely staff.
The lift was not working, and my mum is not great with stairs - the staff were lovely and moved us from the 4th floor to the 1st floor.

The hotel was perfect for our stay! The breakfast was really good, the location was really central and the rooms were very comfortable and warm! The staff was very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing! Would definitely come back!

The location is great, staff very friendly and the rooms are clean.
Even though we did check in online, we had to wait 45 min at the reception to receive our room key. We were hungry and tired and that was not very comfortable. Sauna was not on- you have to ask at the reception to turn it on and it takes 1 hour until it’s warm so just to keep that in mind. For the rest it was a super nice stay! :)
