Exceptional
Location was a little tricky to find, but once found, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Even the train station was a walkable distance. One of our party had mobility issues and even he was able to do the necessary walking.

The location is super, just few meters from Heumarkt plaza, in front of a small park. The rooms where very nice and the staff very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Did not had breakfast so I cannot comment on that.
In Friday and Saturday nights it can be a little noisy outside because of a nearby bar. But OK, no problem.

The room really big, clean and really appreciated the balcony.

After 08:00 pm was really noisy, there's a disco or a bar near by and it was impossible to sleep.
Maybe they can provide earplugs.

Location, breakfast.
Staff could have been a bit more friendly. The twin room was too small & it got very hot overnight. Also, the walls were quite thin be,cause you could hear the person next door snoring g (v loudly!) I would say that the cost/value ratio of the hotel wasn't what I expected.
