The location is super, just few meters from Heumarkt plaza, in front of a small park. The rooms where very nice and the staff very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Did not had breakfast so I cannot comment on that.
In Friday and Saturday nights it can be a little noisy outside because of a nearby bar. But OK, no problem.

After 08:00 pm was really noisy, there's a disco or a bar near by and it was impossible to sleep. Maybe they can provide earplugs. No lift

Extremely good location. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Spacious, clean, and well designed rooms.
Steam room is operational but have to ask an hour before usage. Elevator is tiny.

Location, breakfast.
Staff could have been a bit more friendly. The twin room was too small & it got very hot overnight. Also, the walls were quite thin be,cause you could hear the person next door snoring g (v loudly!) I would say that the cost/value ratio of the hotel wasn't what I expected.
