The room was big and spacious. We had everything we needed. Location was 10/10 and close to the Cathedral. The elevtaor didn’t work on our check in day but the receptionist helped us carry our stuff to our room.
Some of the staff were snob and won’t greet us.

It was close to the center. The room was comfortable and modern.
I think that they could clean the floor of the room more often as there is no carpet it should be easy to clean. I had no slippers so sometimes I could feel the dirt and dust under my feet. Check-out time could be 12 instead of 11.

Lovely hotel in the old town very near the historic squares and the Rhine. Also handy for Cologne cathedral and the train station. Free fruit at reception and a sauna!!!!

We had a double room with a balcony, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. The room had everything we needed, and had enough storage space for luggage and clothes. The balcony was small but a really nice addition. The location was really good, right in the old town, very close to lots of bars and restaurants, and only around 10 mins to the Cathedral and train station.
