Excellent shower. A nice shady corner square in old city. Staff were amazingly good. They spoke English very well and were happy to use it.
The hotel I was in was not the CityClass I booked. I was moved and although there was a communication it did not attract my attention enough, given it was such an important announcement. As a result I visited all their hotels in Bonn to find the right one.

Friendly staff, lots of room in the family room and it’s in a great location near to the Cathedral, main station and the Heumarkt for evening meals and drinks.

Good central location, yet very quiet at night. Very clean.
The bathroom was a little odd, very small with sliding glass inner walls to create a shower space across the door.
Other than that the room was fine. I must say that I didn’t like getting so many automated emails from the hotel, they seem to want to remove my contact with their staff. Maybe that’s a plus in some hotels but it really wasn’t necessary and I’d rather speak to staff than fill in online registration and checkout out forms!

Mai at the front desk was amazing. Our stay from start to finish was wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was perfect to the Convention hall and the rooms were clean and comfortable
The only small issue was that the noise at night from the partying in the restaurant or club nearby was loud. But it was alot of laughter so that was a positive as well.

Great location and room. The location is tricky: our taxi driver from the railroad station did not know how to get us there. The breakfast is expensive but there are several bakeries within a few hundred foot walk which can provide a much cheaper alternative.

Great quality breakfast. Hotel in a very understated location - really handy for food and drink places yet very quiet.
Only 1 block away from the Rhine and with a U-bahn nearby, we found this to be a great place.

Location. Close to sites but off main square so quieter. Clean. Comfy. Fit my family of four, well appointed room, great use of space. Staff there the whole time, very friendly and helpful!
