Location is excellent, very close to Dom, market squares, shops, restaurants etc. Friendly staff and good discount with nearby underground parking

the location is really good in the center of the city, but the breakfast is very, very poor and limited. also, the rates that I paid, I can stay in a 5-star hotel, I have been deducted 4266 euros, which is not the agreed amount??? I need an explanation of why you deduct this from me. room and service, room service was poor

Location is excellent. Room is cozy for two persons but it has all you need for a stay

Greate location and lovely staff.
The lift was not working, and my mum is not great with stairs - the staff were lovely and moved us from the 4th floor to the 1st floor.

The staff were nice. The rooms were clean. The location was very good for the Christmas Markets. They gave us an upgrade to have full size beds instead of twins. I appreciated that.
The hotel was very hard to find. There are two other hotels with the same name nearby. There was no ramp for my mom to use for main stairs at entrance. The breakfast was too busy to enjoy. If you have mobility limitations, it is a challenge to access.

Extremely close to Christmas market, but still isolated from the noise of the crowd. Farthest from Köln Hbf of the three locations of the franchise, but still a very reasonable walk. Many restaurant options in the area.
While well-designed, the bathroom was very small.

It’s located in a quiet courtyard and it felt very safe! Just through the courtyard was Heinzels Christmas Market! It was the perfect location to visit that, super close but not noisy whatsoever. The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable with the best pillows I’ve ever slept on!
Our taxi driver initially didn’t know where was, but when I pulled it up on Google Maps he knew exactly where to go - so it may be a little hard to find but just use your resources! We loved the location!

Good location. Walking distance to the main train station and Christmas is literally right at the doorstep.
The cleanliness of the room is below average as the floor is sticky. the sound isolation is not good. We can hear people chatting down the street.

Of course the elevator was broken and we were put in a room on the 4th floor. So 8 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases
