Friendly staff, great location. On a quiet street but in the heart of the old town. Family room is huge, can sleep up to 5 people. Beds very comfortable!
Didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on the food. You need to ask for a kettle, not provided as standard in the room.

Very central but in a calm little square. The family room was big enough, clean, well organized. The staff was very helpful and friendly A variety of options were available for breakfast, for a reasonable price
The kids room under the roof was a bit cramped Construction work was going on right next to the hotel and woke us up in the morning

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, for a reasonable price.
Room was very small, didn't even have room for a proper cupboard. Blanket was far too hot for the season.

Easy walk to Rhine River, Train Station, Cologne Cathedral and a hundred + al fresco restaurants. They have a very secure system for storing luggage before check in and after checkout.
