Very close to the Christmas markets. So many locations were walkable and also extremely close to public transit.
We arrived by train and were at the hotel ten minutes later.
Also our whole family was able to stay in one room.
It was small but it was perfect for an overnight stay.

Clean rooms. Temperature was acceptable.
Bed was too soft which don’t like but this is personal thing.
Food smell ventilation was not good enough, other floors smells food in the morning not nights.

The location is excellent when you want to visit the heart of the city, everything is on walking distance. Kölner Dom is 5min walk from the hotel. Also, Breite Strasse is one block away and is one of the main shopping street in Cologne, you can find everything there. Otherwise, the hotel is in a quite street, the room was pretty small but OK. We had breakfast there, if you like German/English breakfasts, I think it's OK...as a French, I found the sweets very poor and coffee was bad, so I wouldn't pay for the breakfast again there. Anyway, it's great to stay there to visit this city.

Like a beautiful treasure, we found this delightful hotel on a quiet street in the middle of everything we wanted to see in Köln. The staff are lovely and the breakfast was amazing. We highly recommend staying at Cerano.
