The hotel staff welcomed us very warmly; they were kind and friendly girls. We have two children—one 6 months old, the other 3 years old—and we kept bothering the staff repeatedly to heat up milk. She never got annoyed and patiently boiled water for us over and over again. In the hotel’s waiting lounge, there were always snacks, water, and fruits available, which created such a wonderful sense of warmth and care. Thank you so much!
It would be great if there was a kettle in the room.

Upon arrival, the doors was closed and it took a lot of time before someone came to the desk. They were very friendly and helpful once we were in.

It was clean and central to the city.
The room was very small and website pictures misleading. Technically a double because there was a double bed in there, but no room to move. The Internet rated on the site as "good" was spotty at best and required signing in and out every 10 minutes to make it work. The staff were vaguely helpful, but mostly bored and dismissive.

The absolute highlight of this hotel is the breakfast! Honestly, it is worth staying here just for the morning spread alone—it deserves way more praise and exceeded all my expectations. Overall, it's a very solid price-performance hotel, offering great value for the location.
There isn't much to complain about as long as you keep your expectations realistic. It's a budget-friendly option, so you shouldn't expect luxury or premium amenities. The facilities are quite basic, but considering the low price you pay, it is completely understandable.

The breakfast was incredible. So many fresh and delicious options. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The hotel was located very centrally which made getting around easy. Everything about the hotel was great!

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and ok could have been hotter.
Tiny room and bathroom very old and dated communal areas were old and outdated carpets threadbare and dirty. The photographs on the website bore no resemblance to what the hotel actually was and looked like, and must have been take. 20 years bordering on fraudulent.
