Not much - it wasn't too far from a lot of restaurants
They never cleaned the room - not even replacing toilet paper, which was getting low. But most of all, they advertised that they had parking. Well, if you count public parking half a kilometer away, I suppose, but then every hotel could claim that. If you say you have parking, you should have parking!

Service, location, breakfast, hygiene.
On a too noisy Avenue. No air conditioning, so you need to open the windows (in summer, of course).

In the roon was clean, bathroom was ok, and the location is great, 10mins of walking up to Dom.
In the description was mention that the hotel has parking zone and when we arrived they said they dont and we had to go in a paid parking zone 10mins walking away from hotel.

Single rooms very small. I asked for a king bed after arrival and they give me another room 4x the size of the first one. Staff friendly .
Breakfast is very basic. Should use a coffee machine ( Fresh or Capsules ) at a price for 12.90 Euro. Their filter coffee is poor ( too strong, bitter )

The breakfast was very good! The staff also gave us a bag of Christmas cookies.
The hotel is also very well located: It is near a metro and bus stop, and only 15 mins from the Köln Dom and the train station.

Room was an absolute catastrophe, we could not shut the door properly, back window looked onto a trash pile. TV did not work, remote control had batteries. When we asked about the remote the desk clerk indicated that the cleaning personnel would have a look the next day. The pictures we saw of the property looked nothing like the actual property. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

The location is very good just 2 min walk from the old town where there are a lot of nice restaurants. Very clean and quiet even though it is in the centre.
In the app the room was listed with balcony. There was no balcony. Same with the parking, advertised in the app but no parking in the hotel.

Disappointing
There was a lot of space in the room and the location of the hotel was close to the city centre. This is why we booked a hotel in that area.
The included breakfast was good enough given the price we paid for the room.
Locker room available to leave your luggage
- The main entrance didn't have a lift or wheelchair accessibility so we had to carry up our heavy luggage.
- The keys to the room are huge and heavy.
- The pictures of the property are nothing like what it is in real life.
- The carpet is the same outside, inside and on stairs and isn't clean.
- Carpet, chairs and curtains are the sort of busy colour to not see dirt as easily, like what you get on public transport and you could see they haven't been cleaned well for a long time.
- The room itself was cleaned but not deep cleaned. A lot of areas with dust, and mould. Especially in the bathroom, felt really uncomfortable to shower surrounded by mould spots on the wall.
- The walls are not isolated at all, we could hear everything from the room next to us, even normal level conversations.
- The bed mattress is a spring one, as we haven't slept on one like this in a long time we could really feel as if we were sleeping on the metal springs directly.
- The staff at the end didn't ask how our stay was, so we weren't even able to give this review directly to them.
