Location close to Claudius Therme. Comfortable room, friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, and a good value.
Not much around the hotel-restaurants, etc. Area is mostly residential and industrial being rehabbed.

I like the quietness of the place. The room sound proofing. Big screen TV with easy ways to share screen. And the bed is super comfy. Perfect for a business trip
The cleaning staff left the door open didn't clean the tea cup. The shower isn't well-designed. The fridge is useless on top of been empty.(doesn't cool anythings)
Maybe a sauna or other accommodation would be a plus for the price.

Staff was very pleasant, room was very well equipped with stuff that you need for comfortable stay.
Only thing that I didn't like that you have to pay for parking space, but that is understandable considering that whole neighborhood have problem with parking space.

Lovely hotel! Stayed in the building separate from the main building, perfect for me, as I don't like walking in and out of hotel lobbies, to get to my room.
Jellies and water in reception sold it for me :-)
Perfect stay, thank you.
No where to sit outside and relax, at the front of the hotel, while waiting.

Excellent staff, our room was nice and comfortable. It was awesome that we were near public transportation, and therefore no car was needed to get into the city. Everything was fine, breakfast was enjoyable and the bar personnel were super friendly. We will be back! Thank you very much....
I thought personnaly that 18 euro for parking was a bit exessive. But all good.

High quality breakfast, design of the hotel
The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the breakfast quality exceeded our expectations. However, we encountered two significant issues during our stay.
Firstly, the pillows provided were excessively large and high, making it uncomfortable to sleep. We requested alternative pillows, but unfortunately, the hotel did not have any other options available.
Secondly, the parking situation was problematic. There were limited parking spots for guests, and when we arrived late in the evening, all spots were occupied. We had to park next to the hotel and were fortunate to find the last available spot by chance.
Overall, while the hotel provides good value and a great breakfast, improvements in pillow options and parking availability would enhance the guest experience.

Location was very far out the city centre, we were harassed for money outside the hotel multiple times and felt unsafe leaving our car as there is no secure parking. The room itself was nice, spacious and comfy. The staff weren’t friendly and didnt seem approachable, the shocking bit was €50 for a dog which was only told to us after we booked, nothing was provided for this and we werent made to feel welcome with her. For our situation we didnt have a good experience with this hotel

A reasonably priced, comfortable, and modern hotel in a pleasant residential area, a short tram ride from Cologne city centre. Our bedroom was small but very clean and well-equipped. The bed was really comfortable with good quality bedding. Sahra, on reception, was so friendly, cheerful, and helpful - she is a credit to the hotel.
Although the hotel is reasonably priced, we paid a hefty £18 a night to park. It is a quiet neighbourhood, and on street parking is possible, but it still seemed sensible to park off the road. There are very few restaurants and shops in the vicinity of the hotel. The breakfast was adequate, although free fruit was available in the reception area throughout the day, which was a nice touch.
