Disappointing
Location. I arrived by train and left the next morning by train, so the location was great.
The only elevator was broken, and my room was on the third floor. The room is very small but fair for the price. My shower was hot. The room was quiet and clean. But making three trips up and down the stairs with my luggage--I was headed for a 35 day stay in Kyiv--ruined it.

. I had a single room, so it was small, but was comfortable and clean. The location is great for train travel as it's just across the street from the train station. The cathedral is just past the train station and I had a view of it from my room. Staff recommended a great place to eat. The breakfast was good.

Just a few steps away from the Central Station and the iconic Cathedral. Ideal for a short stay. Our welcoming was excellent, they guy at the reception explained about the Cathedral History and suggest very nice places to visit, he was also very kind and polite ?
Rooms are very small, for one night was good but if you are traveling with the family keep that in mind, also elevator for one person which is very common in Europe and was not a problem at all but I don’t recommend it for handicapped people ✌️

Located across the street (to the right) from the Hbf. Check in very easy, staff great, best breakfast ever and only 5€! Very small elevator (limit 264 lbs, 125 k.) Beds are soft and sheets are a bit rough.

Near the train station. Staff at counter is friendly and helpful. Fresh towels provided daily.
The bathroom, lift and corridors are very very narrow. There is no kettle for hot water. Have to ask from counter staff (they were very helpful though). The bed mattress shifts around and the sheet is pretty rough. Pillow is extremely flat. Breakfast is very basic and simple and the same everyday. Room is pretty stuffy. Need to open the only window in the room but gotta close it when out as someone can climb in.

Location was good, a stone's throw away from the station. Breakfast was good for the price we paid.
Staff was very polite and graious.
Pillows could have been better, there was one for each person. I found it too soft for my personal liking.
The tiny lift, but this is the same in many many European countries.
