The Pictures are inviting, the location around is not that comforting, and the facilities are a bit scary.
The heating was mot working during our might in Winter. Ice Cold night, we got ill during the night and had to cancel our plans for the next day. I never got a refund or similar.

My partner and I have travelled a lot but we have truly never experienced the service Sofie gave us, and the Black Hotel experience. Hello, I had a very bad experience during my stay at Black Hotels Köln. • The air conditioning did not work, and the weather was extremely hot. • Because of this, I could not sleep at night. • The hotel staff were impolite and unhelpful. • I paid a high price, but the service was very poor. I kindly request compensation or a partial refund for this booking.

The idea is quite interesting for 2017
Absolutely not a 4-star experience. The room was dusty, the air conditioner barely worked, and the cleanliness was questionable at best. The worst part water was literally dripping from the ceiling near the fire alarm or sprinkler system. No staff present in the evening, no food, no bar, and the surroundings are completely dead. Breakfast? 6 guests, 10 seats total for a hotel that claims to have 27 rooms or more. This is not luxury this is neglect with a marble floor. Do not trust the photos. If you value hygiene, comfort, and service look elsewhere.As for the doors, this is a separate topic. In my Manhattan room, they have sagged due to their service life and need to be lifted to close them. As for the corridors, I didn't order a sauna, the corridors are very stuffy and it's better not to lift your head up... I hope you will read and correct this, or the owner will read how to run such a business)
